Whipped Lemon Cream

1/4 cup boiling water
1 & 3/4 tsp. sugar free lemon Jello [or flavor of choice]
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Dissolve Jello in hot water [then cool with a couple of ice cubes]
Whip cream till stiff, then slowly whip in cooled Jello mix. Refrigerate.
"Takes care of the sweet tooth"
