I am searching for some fairly easy recipes that can help me to stick to this diet. If you have any, could you please e-mail them to me. Thank You..one more question ...if your stick is in the pink is that a guarantee for weight loss or inches?

If you are testing any color (lite pink to dark) unless you are exercising and really watching what you are eating it is not a guarantee to lose weight or inches especially if your body is resisting a little - I know from experience. (which you will know when you test pink for 2-5 days with no weight or inches loss) just drink more water and kick up the exercise and your result will come. :o) Good Luck

I don't know what all the testing pink stuff is about. What diet is that? I'm on the South Beach Diet. I've lost almost 20 pounds since the last week in Jan.

Here are some websites where you can find recipes:

Good luck!

Hi,
I also am on the South Beach Diet. I have lost 30+lbs since Feb.8th. It is the safest and easiest diet (eating plan) I have ever used and am getting results. I just purchased the South Beach Diet Recipe Book and it has alot of great, simple recipes to use.
Good Luck,
Pat
